Admission Requirements

Admission will be granted to individuals who have an internationally recognized final degree, several years of relevant work experience, as well as a good knowledge of English.

In individual cases and where there is good reason, interested applicants with equivalent qualifications may also be granted admission. This applies to individuals who hold a position equivalent to that normally held by a college graduate, or who have appropriate work experience.

Selection Criteria

For the reason of quality assurance, the number of participants is limited. A successful application depends on individual qualifications (education and professional expierience).

The selection process is highly competitive. Its goal is to register high quality participants based on a variety of criteria that measure the candidates' demonstrated abilities as students, managers and leaders:

• Past academic experience
• Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility and achieve measurable results, as evaluated by the type, level, and amount of work experience
• Personal statement of goals, challenges, and experience
• Interpersonal communication skills
